Yonex Demo Day
Racquets @ The Avenue and Yonex UK would like to invite you to a demo day on Sunday 5th September. The demo day will take place at The Avenue LTS & FC, Havant. Here you’ll be able to try all the racquets in the Yonex tennis range including the soon to be released VCore Pro. It will run between 12 & 3pm.
The demo day will be attended by Justin Kraushar, Marketing & Promotional representative of Yonex UK, James Green, Lead Coach at the club and sponsored by Yonex, and Paul Skipp the owner of Racquets @ The Avenue Pro Shop
The demo day is open to members and non-members. It will be free to members of the club, while non-members will be charged £5. However, for your £5 you’ll get to try all the Yonex racquets, and also receive a Yonex product such as balls, grips or even string.
The test session will take place on the club’s artificial clay courts. We’ll also be utilising the Wingfield smart court. We won’t be fully using its full functionality, but we can talk you through its features. There will also be a fast serve competition; with prizes for the fastest serves.
For any purchases or pre-order of Yonex racquets on that day (or the immediate week afterwards), Racquets @ The Avenue will offer additional discounts for them. As per the usual service offered by Racquets @ The Avenue, every racquet purchased or pre-ordered will be strung in your choice of Yonex string at your required tension at no additional charge; and but the Head Stringer of Wimbledon.
Also the same day is the finals of the Club Championships. So you'll be able to watch the best players in the club; and the bar will be open as well.
